Why Dalmagi exists

Dalmagi is a focused tool for converting invoice documents into Excel files. You upload a PDF or a photo, the document is read with OCR, an AI step extracts the invoice details and line items, and you download a spreadsheet.

We would rather do one thing well than many things approximately. The product stays small on purpose: no dashboards you never open, no configuration to learn, and no promises about capabilities the software does not have. When Dalmagi cannot read a value from a document, it leaves the field empty instead of inventing one.
