Privacy Policy
This page describes what Dalmagi collects, why, and what you can do about it. It reflects how the service actually works.
Account information
When you create an account we store your email address and, if you provide them, your name and company. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile picture from that sign-in. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
Invoice documents you upload
Files you upload are stored in a private storage area tied to your account. Access rules restrict them to you and to administrators of the service. They are not shared with other users and are not published anywhere.
Processing with OCR and AI
To convert an invoice, the document is read by an OCR step and the resulting text is sent to an AI extraction provider that identifies invoice fields and line items. This processing is required to deliver the service. We do not use your documents to train our own models.
Extracted data and usage records
We store the extracted invoice fields and line items so you can view your history and re-download spreadsheets. We also store counters of how many invoices you have processed in order to apply plan limits, and technical logs about processing failures so problems can be diagnosed.
Subscriptions and payments
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Card details never reach Dalmagi. We store the subscription identifiers, plan, status and billing period that Lemon Squeezy sends us so we can grant the right level of access.
Contact messages
If you use the contact form, the name, email, subject and message you submit are stored so an administrator can read and reply to you.
Retention and deletion
Your uploads, extracted data and history remain available until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Deleting an invoice removes its record and its stored file. Some records, such as payment and technical logs, may be kept where needed for accounting or security.
Your rights
You can access and update your profile in the dashboard, delete invoices you have uploaded, and request deletion of your account and its data. Where local law gives you further rights over your personal data, you can exercise them by contacting us.
