Terms of Service

You need an account to use Dalmagi. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Free includes 3 invoice conversions in total. Pro includes 300 conversions per billing period and Business includes 2,000 per billing period. When you reach your limit, new conversions stop until you upgrade or your billing period resets. Files you already converted stay available.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, which handles the payment and the billing details. Pro is $19 per month and Business is $59 per month. A paid plan becomes active on your account once the payment is confirmed.

You can cancel at any time. Paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to Free. You can also stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted.

Upload only documents you have the right to process. Do not use Dalmagi to break the law, to upload harmful content, to attempt to access other users' data, or to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service. Accounts used this way may be suspended.

You keep ownership of the documents you upload and of the data extracted from them. You grant us only what is needed to run the conversion: storing the file, reading it with OCR, extracting its fields with an AI provider and building your spreadsheet. Extraction is automated and can be imperfect, so check the results before relying on them.

We aim to keep Dalmagi available and working, but the service is provided as is. Maintenance, third-party provider issues or technical problems can interrupt it, and features may change over time.

To the extent permitted by law, Dalmagi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made from extracted data that you have not verified. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
